FIVE COURSES, SIX WINES, TWO CHEFS...
ONE FANTASTIC EVENING
Wednesday, May 15, 2019 @ 7 PM
Please join us for this very special evening where Chef Ryan DePersio, Arista Winery’s executive chef Tim Kaulfers and owner/producer Mark McWilliams come together for their first collaboration at Battello. For the evening, DePersio and chef Tim have prepared a phenomenal menu built to complement several praised pinot noir and chardonnay vintages from Arista Winery.
Learn more about California’s Russian River Valley region through McWilliams – owner and boutique producer of Arista’s handcrafted, site driven Pinot Noir and Chardonnay from the Russian River Valley – who will introduce you to Arista’s small-lot, site-driven wines that authentically reflect the unique Russian River sites from which they come.
Please join us for our next wine dinner on Friday, June 7th, featuring

ABOUT ARISTA WINERY
Arista Winery was founded in 2002 by Al and Janis McWilliams (seated center). From the beginning the McWilliams have firmly believed that the finest examples of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are produced in small lots. This belief has always led to an emphasis on quality over quantity and a determination to discover and develop unique vineyard sites that reflect the distinct characteristics of the Russian River Valley.
